    The importer can apply for a Pre- shipment inspection Order (PIO) online by filling all the required information accurately. Once submitted, the PIO is received and processed by Bivac Liaison Office in Beirut. The Pre-Shipment inspection fees can be either paid by the importer or the exporter.
