Bearer shares Your shares are registered at the financial intermediary of your choice. You may then regroup all of the shares in your portfolio under the same account. In this respect, you are only temporarily identified by the Company (during enquiries concerning bearer shares carried out by Euroclear France) and therefore don’t receive an invitation to take part in the Annual General Meeting. You benefit from the same advantages as for shareholders whose ownership is handled directly by the Company with the exception of free custodian fees.
