The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is holding a complimentary, one day, public meeting for all interested parties. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2008 and will address the key requirements and implementation process of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. Acting CPSC Chairman Nord and staff will provide an overview of the new law and will be available to answer questions. Bureau Veritas staff will be in attendance to gain clarfication on the law's requirements and will keep you informed as new information is obtained.
