Our Certification Process
Bureau Veritas Certification has designed global processes for certifications
that are in line with professional standards and international rules. Upon
contacting Bureau Veritas Certification office, clients learn about the main
steps and processes associated with our certifications, as well as their rights
and obligations when applying for management systems certifications. This includes
information on audit processes and certification processes for granting,
maintaining, extending, renewing, reducing, suspending or withdrawing
certification. Such information is available for access to the
public.
Our clients
Bureau Veritas Certification Indonesia has certified more than 600 companies.
To learn if a company is certified by Bureau Veritas Certification, or to know
more about the status of a certified company and the number of certifications
granted, suspended or withdrawn, please contact Bureau Veritas Certification Indonesia
office. A directory of clients indicating the valid certifications including
the name of the company certified, the normative document, scope of
certification and location(s) is also kept for public access upon request.
Complaints and Appeals
At Bureau Veritas Certification, the needs and requirements of our
clients, as well as of any interested party, remains our top priority. Any
dissatisfaction concerning a certified client or the certification body is treated
with the utmost seriousness and is responded to promptly. Should you wish to
issue a complaint or an appeal, please contact us. The process for handling
both complaints and appeals have been established and documented. Such
