Q: Where can I find your price list?

Q: The address of my factory has been changed but I couldn't change it online. What can I do?
A: Please let us know the details of your fty, including name, address, and contact information. We will make the change via a backoffice module.

Q: I still have some missing information for the booking. What should I do?
A: Please feel free to append more information onto the booking as they become available. Incomplete bookings will be stored in our system for 45 days.

Q: I've received an error message that service couldn't be booked before a certain date. What should I do?
A: In order for local Operations in each region to plan for execution on various services, we have a cutoff date based on region and service type. For details, please refer to the following url: or the Terms and Conditions.

Q: My supplier will be sending me different products. I would like to have a different AQL for each of them. How do I go about doing it?
A: You may choose different inspection levels as well as different acceptance levels on various findings (critical major minor), in Step 3 of the booking process. If you have more than one product, please send a separate booking for each.

Q: Do I receive multiple invoices for each booking?
A: You may choose to receive one invoice for as many bookings you have in your "Shopping Cart" once checked out. Of course, if you want to have one invoice per booking, all you need to do is to checkout after each booking.

Q: There are products I want to inspect but are not in your office list?
A: Please let us know the details of the product and we will let you know if we can inspect it.

Q: I have several styles of products needing inspections but your online booking system has combined them into one inspection. I want to inspect them separately. What should I do?
A: We can inspect them separately. All you need to do is to issue a booking for each style. A copy function designed in the system can help you to minimize repetition on data entry.

Q: How do you calculate fees?
A: For inspections, we have a Workload Matrix (WLM) specifying the number of samples which can be inspected per workday (L), for each product category. Depending on PO size and inspection level, total number of samples to inspect (S) will be known, and hence number of days needed (S divided by L) to inspect the shipment will be calculated. For factory audits and CSR (aka SA) audit, we currently only offer standard 2-manday service. If you need different services, please feel free to send us more details.

Q: Would anyone from your company contact me after I've placed the booking?
A: Once you have sent in the booking, please consider that it will be scheduled, it will be executed and the report will be uploaded to your account. For special situations in which we need more information from you or we need to schedule on a different date, we will contact you. Of course, please feel free to contact us at any time if we can be of assistance.

Q: Can I book a fabric inspection?
A: Yes, you can book a fabric inspection but not online. Let us send you a booking form. Please fill out and send back to us.

Q: How do I keep a record of bookings and invoices?

A: You may upload these onto an Excel spreadsheet, in Step 6 of the booking process.

Q: How much is the travel cost for an inspection?
A: The service fee has already included travel costs if it's within 50 km of our operation offices.

Q: I have a large PO but am planning to ship only a portion at this time. What should I do on the booking form?
A: If you are planning to ship only a portion of your PO, please input the shipment quantity onto the PO Quantity field. You may inspect the remaining of the PO by sending us another booking.
